Yesterday, we went to Issaquah's Salmon Days. It was a picture perfect Autumn day to attend. We watched the parade (I could not believe the boys wanted to watch it all. There were floats, marching bands, etc.), then picked up lunch.
After lunch, we headed to the salmon hatchery. It was so crowded, we could not even get to see the salmon. I will bring them back later this week to watch the run instead.
The long trek back to the car took its toll on all of us. We were tired and cranky and happy to get home.
for stopping by my blog and commenting. I am glad that you did the random blog today and glad to see that I showed up on it. I never knew if I came up on that. Also, thank you for the kind compliment. I am going to read your blog after I write this. Your boys are adorable!
As the “you’ve got mail” popped up telling me about your comment, I had just hit the entry button on my day’s entry on my blog. So if you check on that, you will see a picture of my lovely Mother who turned 91 today. Also, there is a picture of our daughter, Karen, with Mother. Check out Karen’s blog. Her name is linked to her blog.
