Handwashing 101

I read that most people do not lather their hands long enough for thorough cleaning. (I certainly am guilty of that.) But, how long is enough?

Sing "Happy Birthday" to yourself; it’s about 15 seconds.  I plan on teaching this to my boys.

    Yep, we were taught in nursing school to sing Yankee Doodle. 🙂

    We sing the ABC song. I get strange looks in public restrooms 🙂
