Healthy Sunflower Treat
1 rice cake
Peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon sunflower seeds or sesame seeds
6 baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
1 celery stalk
1 orange slice, halved
Directions: Spread the peanut butter on the rice cake.
Sprinkle the sunflower or sesame seeds on top of the peanut butter.
Arrange the carrot slices like petals around the edge of the rice cake.
The celery stalk is the flower stem, and the orange slices are the leaves.
Peanut Butter Power Balls
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder or soy protein powder
1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips
1/4 cup honey
Graham cracker crumbs
Directions: Mix all ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in crumbs and refrigerate or freeze.

Thanks for this list. I'm always looking for more snack ideas. One thing we do alot of that the boys just love is peanut butter on banana slices. We also do alot of healthy crackers with cream cheese or just cheddar cheese.
