We had fun exploring how things fizz!

For our first experiment, we poured a clear soda into a glass jar and added raisins.  The bubbles surrounded the raisins and lifted them up to the top, then the bubbles popped causing them to sink, only to rise again by the bubbles!

For our second experiment, we added baking soda to vinegar!  WOOT!!

For our final experiment, we mixed citric acid, baking soda, and powdered sugar.  We learned that we needed a liquid (like water or saliva)  to make it fizz…

    I watched all three videos (which by the way, is really cool that you can do that) with all four of my children watching. Both my girls commented on how cute your boys are 🙂 and my boys thought their experiments were cool.
