I took the boys to their first ballet! Our homeschool group coordinated an outing. How perfect that it was the "Wizard of Oz." We had just read the book about three months ago, and they had seen the movie a couple of years ago, and remember much of it.
We were able to see first hand how one can communicate through dance. ‘A’ enjoyed the costumes and had me tell him who the less obvious characters were. ‘R’ just wanted to know when would they start talking! (he said he liked it too, though.)
