I hosted a french countryside potluck.  What a wonderful evening that turned out to be!  We all contributed dishes that complemented each other.  I made cassoulet as the main dish.  We also had baked brie,  green salad, an onion casserole,  and three desserts that easily rival anything you could find in a fine restaurant.  We capped the evening watching the delightful French film, “My Father’s Glory”.
