(Makes 4 good size servings)
4 cups water
2 cups rolled oats
1t.. cinnamon
1t.. nutmeg
1/2t. allspice
1/4t. cardamom
1 apple, chopped
Steps:
1. Bring water to boil over medium heat. Add oats and cook until it becomes oatmeal.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the spices and apple. Let sit a couple minutes.
3. Serve in bowl with soy or nut milk of choice.
