1 small onion, chopped
5 cloves, garlic, minced
2T. olive oil
3c. cooked garbanzo beans
3/4c. tahini
2T. Braggs Liquid Aminos
1/4c. water
1/4c. apple cider vinegar
1/4c. fresh parsley, chopped
1t. cumin
salt to taste
Steps:
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft.
2. Transfer to blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until desired consistency.
