Can you believe that this is actually a cake and everything but the pinwheel is edible?? Our friend Chris Newsom is an EMT by night and homeschool Dad/baker extraordinaire by day. The “clay pot” is fondant, then a chocolate cake topped with crushed chocolate cookies, pansies, and fresh mint.
