My friend Kendra, joined our homeschool group a few years ago. We bonded over our love of hiking with our kids. Her husband was transferred to Oklahoma, and they moved. 🙁
She brought her boys back for a visit and stayed with us. We got some moms together for a movie night, watching “Mom’s Night Out”, then a family day hike. Her visit was almost a week and we packed as much activity as possible into it. IT was a sweet time.
