Girls long weekend in Ashland, OR; one of my favorite places, with two of my favorite people.
Trying to capture this weekend in a blog post will be a challenge, but here we go…
- Tea time at Lithia Springs Resort while waiting to pick up Liann and Lacey at airport
- Wine tasting of delicious local wines at the resort
- Amazing dinner at Amuse, recommended by our wine guy
- Comfy, cozy matching sock slippers from Lacey
- Yummy breakfasts included at the resort
- Lovely walk through a downtown Farmer’s and Craft Market, shopping cute boutiques and galleries
- Walk through part of beautiful Lithia Park
- Time at the resort’s hot tub and pool
- Terrific lunch at Pie+Vine. Liann gifted us an insulated wine cup.
- Drinks at “Ashland’s most Ashlandiest spot” , Oberon’s
- Night’s at the Ashland Shakespeare Festival! We saw “Hairspray” and Shakespeare’s “As You Like It”. It was magnificent.
- Time for rest, rejoicing, love, laughs, contentment, friendship.
