We lined up cars and pushed them over the “finish line”. We talked about who came in first, second, third, fourth, and fifth.
The boys also drew doors (well, 'A' did and I assisted 'R') on an activity sheet.

We reviewed the 'G' flashcard.
Theme
We worked on the 'Apple' lapbook.

Read Aloud
“The Story of Little Babaji”
When my grandsons came to visit, I envisioned them participating in activities, listening as I read books, and coloring on “worksheets”. It didnt take me long to realize that just getting them to stay in the room during “school” is an accomplishment.
They would have loved “Rattlesnake Lake” and the uprooted stump. They could look for bugs all day and never get bored.
