This was such a delightful afternoon. The WA weather continued to bless us with warm, sunny weather, and we were able to spend some quality family time with my cousin Terry and fam.
Terry’s family on his Dad’s side owns some property on a quiet lake, called Beaver Lake. On this property, they have around eight cabins, and a boathouse. It has been a place of family traditions since the 1950’s. I had not been there since I was a kid and it was great to see that very little had changed.

This video does not do it justice, but little’H’ was hilarious! He kept doing faceplant-bellyflops in the water and coming back for more. I think the life vest absorbed all the pain. Anyway, this video is not where close to enjoying the real thing, but it’s entertaining nonetheless…
