This is one of the things that I just LOVE about homeschooling! Today, our group went to a care home for Alzheimer’s residents. This is a place that our group visits about once every three months. The boys love going there and the residents love to see the kids.
Today, the son of one of the residents gave the kids a starter gardening class and taught the kids how to prepare soil, plant, and water plants properly.

We plan on returning in the summer to "harvest" the bounty!
