Kale Chips

Thanks to my friend, Christie, we have a fun and healthy snack in the house!  I baked up a big batch of kale chips!
Kale Chips
1 bunch of fresh kale
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tsp of salt
1- 1 1/2 tsp oil lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash & tear kale into large chip sizes.
Lay on cookie sheet & drizzle oil, sprinkle salt & garlic on kale.
Put in oven & bake until crisp.
Eat & enjoy:)

They taste best hot from the oven…

    I did not know you had gone GF. I have a fantastic granola recipe, if you want it. I use agave for the sweetener, so no blood sugar spikes ensue after eating it. It has lost of nuts, coconut and sesame, so it is protein laden.
