Muesli

While reading the recipes and meal plans for the Daniel Fast, there was a recipe for muesli.  That word took me back about 15 years to when David and I were traveling through Amsterdam, where I first had muesli.  It was delicious, but I never thought to eat it in America.

I made it for breakfast for everyone this morning.  They all loved it!

Ingredients:  Rolled oats, raisins, chopped dates, chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds
This was served  warm with soymilk for David, and almond milk for the boys.
