I remember going to McDonald’s for a field trip around third grade. I remember feeling special that we were allowed to go behind the counter and see where all the magic happens. Our homeschool group had the opportunity to have a similar experience at Fuddruckers in Citrus Heights. The owner was our host and was so kind to our group. We toured the commercial fridge and freezer, and saw how they make their own hamburger buns every day. We ended the tour with lunch!
