Not sure what I was thinking when I signed up for a 30K and a 10K the next day!!
I decided I would just show up and do what I could do. No expectations of time. I just hoped I would be able to make the cutoff deadline before they re-opened the roads.
Amazingly enough, I ended up setting a personal record for the 10K! Still shaking my head on that one. It was a fun day and a fun run with friends…
