Hot. Hills. No shoulder for running. Running back country residential roads, but dealing with cars. Not one I’d endeavor to do again. Always a good time with friends though.

This is a neat story. I knew these men would be here, but did not know that this event would be small enough for us to actually see them up close. Dean Otto was hit by a truck and was paralyzed while riding his bike. His doctor stated a 2% chance for recovery. Exactly one year to the day, Dean, his doctor, and the man who hit him, all ran the Napa Half marathon together!
