One my BFF’s Heidi and I try to getaway for a girls trip, ideally once a year. McMenamin’s in Kalama with halfway between the two of us. It was a great little break for both of us.

Meegan and Marilyn Visit

North Bend friend and her mom came to Manzanita for a few nights. We did a full day of Short Sands, Hug Point, and Cannon Beach. It was fun to catch up and we were gifted with perfect weather. Marilyn treated us to a lovely lunch at Mo’s in Cannon Beach!

Tillamook County Kayaking

My new friend, Cami, leads a women’s adventure group in Tillamook. Once a month, she organizes some type of outing…a hike, a walk, a kayak, etc. I have been kayaking with her twice and really enjoy it. It’s a real treat and I’m grateful for the time in nature and on the water.
