Snow Tubing

A great day was had by all with our homeschool group!  Snow tubing at Donner Ranch! Check out that sun and those smiles! Group shot! I got a few good runs in.  There was an attendant that did an great job spinning us! Awesome mamas!!

Presentation Day

Once a month, our homeschool network has a Presentation Day.  This gives the kids an opportunity for public speaking.  The kids can choose to do whatever they want.  They can give a report, recite scripture, sing a song, etc. This month, the boys shared a few sequences of their martial arts…

Field Trip: State Capitol

While I stayed home with my mom, my friends Toni and Pres took the boys on a field trip to the State Capitol.  I love that they like to wear their fedoras.  ‘A’ decided to dress up and wear his tie.  He will dress up any chance he gets.  I love this kid!!

Cherries Jubilee Day

That’s right.  There’s a cherries jubilee day.  September 24th to be exact… How does one honor this day?  Hmmmmm….. ‘R’ loved the dessert.  ‘A’ liked it, but did not finish it.  DH was glad he tried it, but OK to not have it again.  I did not like it; way too sweet…
