Turkey Waldorf Salad

What to do with all that leftover turkey?  We made turkey waldorf salad!  It was so good, I even ate it for breakfast! Trying to remember the ingredients…turkey, cranberry, walnuts, celery, mayo (I wanted to use plain yogurt, but we did not have any; kept it very light on the mayo), apples, salt and pepper.
