I have much satisfaction in running races…I also have much satisfaction in volunteering for aid stations at races…This one today was a whole different level of incredible.Ironman Sacramento…Athletes began at 7:00am and have 17 hours to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run a marathon(26.2 miles)!
