Alanna at Shifting Tides hosted a clamming session and seaweed farm tour. It was a terrific outing even though we did not have any luck with the clams. I feel like I can do it on my own next time.

A fun new hobby. I started making felted hearts. I call them hugs. Then, a fox for David, a penguin for Alex, and a gnome for Ryan. This year’s Valentines for my Valentines <3

The boys got their first tattoos together! Alex’s is the origami unicorn from the film ‘Blade Runner’. Ryan’s is a gothic architecture piece.

I got an early morning walk in before the rest of the town got up and picked up coffee at the place where I am working for the summer, Manzanita Coffee. Later that evening, David and I made a fire and watched the private fireworks all along the beach!
