Women’s Day Retreat

My friend, Bev, and our women’s retreat team, put on a women’s day retreat at her lovely property. We met in her barn and then had multiple stations throughout the grounds. We had about 75 women attend. It was a beautiful day.
Vegan Cooking Class

A local cafe offers vegan cooking classes once a month. I attended one with my friends Crystal and Emily. The owner of the cafe is Jamaican and we were introduced to wonderful seasonings.

The Lychee

Alex and I were shopping Whole Foods and came across the lychee. Neither had tried them before and decided to give it a go. We both liked it. Kind of like a sweet grape with a big seed in the center.
Goodbye For Now
